This month, SocialHeart will be providing assistance with Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care's "Circle of Lights" Fundraiser, from approximately 7:15 - 9:00PM. Before we volunteer, however, we'll be stopping at Made in KC for happy hour - a chance to mix and mingle with a group of young professionals in Kansas City and exchange some laughs, along with some business cards. From there - we will head to the Plaza Fountains to help organize and manage Circle of Lights, where Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care will light up Mill Creek Park at the Country Club Plaza (47th St. & Mill Creek Pkwy, KCMO) with hundreds of luminaries, each in remembrance of someone who has left their mark on our hearts.
